Bad attitude

I went spar soshanguve block ff I dismissed first time the 2 time I forced to enter to address the matter to the manager regarding the bad attitude I received from the security officer unfortunately the manager did take the matter seriously. I was wearing scarf as a mask due to the affordability of buying the mask. The security forced me to take off scarf and put mask. I professionally explained that due to affordability am using my scaff to cover my nose and my mouth in order to apply covid 19 regulations. She forced me to buy mask that is selling by someone next to her. Please I need the head office to intervene regarding the matter. She is violated my right of dignity as per the constitution of SA since she was not talking to me private and with respect. I request her to apologize to me.
