Bad Attitude

I went to Spar Tops this afternoon to buy to loose of cigarette having R50 on my had they refuse to sell it to me they say they don't have change, i ask what must i do they say i must go and get myself a change that was Brain word who worked there i ask whose responsibility to do so i told him i will report this matter they lough at me in front of the customers. and then i ask the Manager his name is Willy he couldn't' help me to because i said i will put a complain and he advice me to carry on and do so.I was not trying to be funny i use that Spar cose is next to where i work but i take a decision of not going there ever they don't care about there customers .
