Bad attitude

At about 09:25, I went to Spar in Uniondale to buy few things as I always do. I went to the bakery, there was a lady standing over the counter her back facing me having a chat with her colleague and I waited for approximately, plus 5 minutes, she just turned her head and continued with the conversation she had while I was standing there, after few minutes she again turned her head and asked "kan ek help, wat soek jy?" with an attitude...I asked her why an attitude though? She walked away from me while I was still standing there, she didn't even know what I was looking for. I went to see the manage unfortunately she was not available, I spoke to a guy and lady (they said they are in charge because the owner is in Cape Town) they said they will sort it out, I went there for the second time to see if the matter was dealt with, I spoke to the owner over the phone about the matter which I was not convince. I felt very 'SMALL' after the lady walked away while I was still talking. That was very unprofessional, if that is the training they received its unfortunate!
