Bad attitude

I am from the spar in westpark Pretoria. i am so annoyed and upset by the cashier's disregard for my feelings and her bad attitude. I bought a 5litre wine only for her not to give me a plastic, she then says she asked me if I wanted a plastic and I did not respond as I was chatting.
