Bad Attitude

Went to Spar Mathambo spruitview to pay DSTV only to find out they dont swipe,Karabo Thulo advise if Maybe I can buy something and ask for cash back. Did as told. When I get to Kiosk they Requested my customer no, I explained i dont know it how about providing my Id no. They refused saying the MANAGER cancelled the method of ID's as one client complained. What Pathetic Service got from spar. Ask to see the manager, reffered me to ****en dont care Sophie and Dimakatso. Am ****en ****ed off with Spar asking myself WHY they are not consitent to other SPARs bcz ive paid my DSTV using my id no without no problem. Am regreting to go to spar. I DOUBT WILL USE IT IN NEAR FUTURE. pathetic and disgusting SERVICE. Left without the assistence and they seem not to care. **** SPAR
