bad and terrible customer service spar vosloorus crossing

i went to spar vosloorus crossing cashier name by the name of NEO has bad and stinky attitude towards customers ,i went to pay my account using the same mutilated i got in the store previous day and i was told they dont take it their machine doesnt take such note HOW? and the supervisor nozu something also had terrible tone towards customers ,i had to wait 30min to get assistance while theres no customers those 2people need training or not work in the front becasue obvious they wer not trained on customer service,i will keep on going to that store to c the change
