Bad and embarrassing service from the so called manager

I have never been so disappointed in my life. I went to Spar in Sun Village (Sun City) on 27/05/2021, I was from work and then I decided to get a few stuff from the store and I was met by a long queue outside. There was no security or staff member to check the queue for people who needs to skip the line such as senior citizens, disabled or pregnant women. I then went to the front and found the manager at the entrance by the name of Sunnyboy I got there greeted him and he did not greet back instead he rudely told me to wait my turn. I then said to him “sir I am pregnant so actually wanted to ask if it is okay if I may enter or you do not allow pregnant people to skip the line?” Mr Sunnyboy told me to get off his way because he wants to let people that had been on the queue for so long before me, (well the queue part I understand and I know how frustrating it is to stand on a queue for a long time and I all this time have been standing on the same queue during my pregnancy but I really couldn’t take anymore). I asked him the same question again and he kept on raising his voice saying things like he does not care if I am pregnant, he does not know how far along I am, he is not sure if I am really pregnant, the list of the things he said goes on and on and I can’t say the others. I then stepped aside so others can pass but I was really by the way he handled the situation.
