Bad and Below the Line Customer Service

Wilderness Spar, I was quite shocked with approached of the Manager's (Jacques) response when I ask him about the price for one loose green pepper which the Cashier advise cost R17,99 the same as per the wrapped peppers. When I asked Jacques whether this was correct and why it was that the prices at the Wilderness Spar was higher than the Spar in Pacalsdorp, his response was "why did not not shop there if it was cheaper" this is the price of the pepper. I informed him that I will report his behaviour on social media, and he responded "this is where you guys are hiding at". Please sent your Managers for Basic Customer Service training as this is the second Spar Manager who I had an incident with and his behaviour was the same. We don't care about the customer, that is the perception for me.
