B-Well Canola oil special not a special

having to wait for far too long to try and understand why an advertised special is not available. I am a SPAR fan but this was a really really bad experience of incompetence on the part of the Sunridge Super. The cashier was clueless, she disappeared, then appeared with a young man who was a clueless and then Alfred appeared who tried to explain a SPAR problem away
