Avon destroyes peoples credit profiles

My daughter sold goods for Avon and decided not to carry on with the sales. She owed Avon money and was blacklisted by them. She paid the account and got a letter from Avon confirming the settlement of the account. A year later she app**** for a loan at the bank and was turned down. On further investigation she found out that the account she settled and has proof of settlement is still shown as unpaid by AVON. Be carefull when dealing with them
