Attitudes are driving customers away...FAST!!

Superspar Laaiplek - Management needs to have a serious talk to staff regarding their attitudes towards customers. The last thing we need when shopping is to have someone talking to us as if we are lower than the dirt under their toe nails! If they do not want to be there, get someone else to do the job! We all have days we do not feel like being at work, but we still remain professional, ESPECIALLY when dealing with members of the public! I am not the only one who feels this way. The general feeling I have come across is that Spar Laaiplek will not see them once the mall is up and running. At this rate you are going to loose customers even before the new mall opens.
