Attitude of SPAR Rynfield

I logged a email with HQ complaining about my experience on the 18/11/2017 where i fell.

Manager Adrian responded but providing no solution. His so claimed manager Rudi has said that he was advised of the fall by me and he says he asked me if i want a manager. However nothing of this sort was ever said. He is claiming that he went to look where i fell and came back i was not there. Never did he ask me to wait either yet he tells his manager that he asked me. Utter *******.

SPAR u dont care about u customers at all.

I got all the emails. To and from HQ and Adrian.

I want a resolution soon
