Arrogant service

I would like to rate the service from the workers at superspar potchefstroom die bult . Firstly the lady that assisted me at the food court did not know anything about the plates of food available.She asked another lady to show me the plate of food in Setswana and that lady was arrogant and said it was for another customer but we were the only people standing at the counter .I then asked the lady refusing to show us an example of how the plate looks to show us as we want to see as the lady helping us did not know what is going on at the food court and I told her that I don’t want that specific plate she had in her hand I just wanted to see .I then cautioned her that we should go see the manager as she was rude to me and **** about what happend when another lady from the back of the food court came out . This is not the first time the lady’s as superspar is arrogant and they talk Setswana not knowing that other races might understand them as this is South Africa and we are very diverse. On that note some time back a few of them gossiped infront of my child and his girlfriend and they were saying how can she date someone like my son as his girlfriend is so beautiful and he has a big nose . We left it and did not complain but today I witnessed the arrogance of a few staff as I was the topic of discussion when doing my shopping and they spoke and laughed so loud that we could hear everything. Please have a workshop how customers should be handled as we love buying from your store .
