Arrogant Manager at Spar Walkerville

I am a 71yr old woman. This morning I had a nasty experience at Spar Walkerville to withdraw cash at a Standard bank ATM. What disturbed me was that I mistakenly forgot to take the cash after withdrawal, so I went to the manager to inform him and maybe some good Samaritan handed the cash to them or check from the CCTV cameras. He was so arrogant and told me that he has nothing to do with what happens at the ATMs. R1700 gone and he left me standing there with no assistance. I was devastated and left without help.
