Arrogant

I bought bread at Kwikspar Tygermanor but when i got home i saw the bread mouldy even though the expiry date said 23/03/2016.So i thought i could go to Kwikspar in Pinelands close to where i live hoping they would exchange since its one Spar brand. The lady at the till supposedly went to her manager who refused to exchange it and i shld drive back 20km to Tygermanor Kwikspar. Honestly, i thought Franchisee would protect the brand. This KwikSpar Pinelands manager shld go and do an MBA and study the Brand management really hard. Pathetic attitude and poor people skills, didnt even bother to come and express concern. Shame on you KwikSpar Pinelands.<br> Fortunately i spoke to a friendly lady at Tygermanor who said I can return the bread the next day.
