Arrogance

I've never seen such arrogance from Store serving Public as Customers! Being in Florida rd you would expect high standards but the Woman whom was referred to as Zizipho first was dishing instruction like some No nonsense Supervisor to an Employee under her guide instead of listening what l needed.

I bought Twin Burger Pack they had and asked for Fried Chips on display to be separated in 2 Packages. My Employees was left in tged Van hence another pack was for him. She asks me for how much and l reply by asking her to show me how much she's packed. Instead of she lectures me "Normally you tell for how much you want..." l clearly explain No, the Price doesn't matter, l just wanna see how much she's packed. She shows me and l confirm that is OK.

I repeat she must make 2 Packs of the same amount she's packed.

She load another pack and go weigh them BUT then calls me to inform how much each: R7 and R8. Puzzled why now but l simply say No they are fine. She gives me the 1st pack and since they were brownish l asked if they're spiced. She simply points at where to get the spice. I asked because l don't take spices by my Employee does. Asking again if any spice is sprinkled, as most shops do that and these look brown she arrogantly points at the spices again. Whilst trying to explain she quickly dives to the floor behind what separates us and can only see her back.

The waiting begins to be handed another package. Another Customer comes in and wait a little but ask if anyone here. I pointed the Girl is down and I'm not sure if she hurt herself and is rubbing or what. We decide to go left to check on her. To our surprise she's on the Phone! Now I'm highly offended as I'm waiting and l ask "Seriously? You on the phone and I'm waiting for my Chips?". She raises her voice instead and says she gave me! I say l asked for 2 packs and you weighed and gave me 1. She walks away and tells ME she's on Lunch and she was simply assisting here! I insisted she must come back, I'm on duty and l need to go now. She replies I'm full of Nonsense (Ngiyeyisa) and she can't tolerate being "disrespected in her job". What respect really when she is so disrespectful?!

The scene she caused mage me boil and ask for Management. I was shown a Maria Solineene whom l doubt she's Management either as Zizipho had no respect of either and refused to listen, telling her she's on lunch and talks over me trying to present the case to this other Woman.

I am telling this Maria, Zizipho not on listening but doing her own things that side that a huge misunderstanding started with her not getting it l don't care about the amount as in his much chips costs but busy stuck with for how much l want.

I only got Maria's name when l came back later for it but asking her for her Portfolio she denies being Management but now l don't understand why she was pointed to and why she posed as one but now dispute being one? What game were they playing at this Store? Taking me for a Fool?
