Armed *******

On the 24/04/23 I was held hostage at the Spyros Spar in Uitenhage Eastern Cape. The ******s took all my belongings. My phone that I bought in Barcelona was taken with all my personal information and pictures on. Spyros Spar said that the insurance would refund me for my phone if I could provide a slip, which I can not as I do not know the name of the place that I bought my phone from over a year ago. So I provided them with an affidavit and I still have not heard anything back. I did not want to go this route but nothing is happening. Surely some sort of compensation can be given to me for the audile that I went through. It seems like there is no compassion for their customers. I waited over an hour to give a statement from the police as I had to wait for the staff to give their statement first. I have been without money now as I had to cancel my overseas card and was advised by my company that I will only be able to receive another card when I return back to work which is in a weeks time. I can not even pay my medicals that is needed in order for me to get back overseas. Is Spar going to do something about my phone or am I going to have to go to social media?
