Are all SPAR Owners ******?
Why is it that whenever Spar runs a reasonable \special"the item i always out of stock.<br> <br> The day after the \""Special \"" ends"

Thank you for this feedback. Each store is individually owned and we take up every complaint with the owner to rectify and improve their service to the community.
We regret that you feel he confronted you and we will discuss that with the owner. If the store does not have the product on promotion you should receive a rain check or an alternate product of equal quality for the same price.
