Appalling Staff Behaviour

<p>On the 26th of March 2017 at approximately 7pm my wife and I were shopping at Knowles Spar before the new week begins . We managed to find all the items we needed and made our way to the till . My wife was infront of me as we had groceries for my mother as well .</p> <p>My wife paid for our groceries and was started making her way to the exit when the packer rudely shouted " You cant even say thank you Bit... " He didnt realize we were shopping together hence his reaction . I politely asked him who he was speaking to and he said that rude lady which is my wife . I then informed him thats my wife he had just insulted and in shock he appologised .</p> <p>I then informed the manager on duty( Ronald ) who simply said he would resolve the isssue . He didnt even have the decency to take may details down to give me a follow up call.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ive been shopping there for the past 10 years and have never be exposed to such behavoior as a client .</p> <p> </p> <p>The fact that the manager didnt even make an effort the diffuse the situation and even take down my particulars is utterly dissapointing . </p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks Spar</p>
