Appalling Service at Spar Universitas, Bloemfontein

I had the most disappointing and poor service from Spar Universitas, Bloemfontein yesterday morning.

It seems that it is always a problem when customers want to make a cashback withdrawal at the till and I was once again one of them yesterday, as this was not the first time where tellers gave an attitude when I request such a withdrawal. Yoliswa, who was attending to me told me she does not have the money and did not make any attempt to get assistance for me, when I requested her to ask another the teller if she may assist, Mpho, also exclaimed she does not have the money. However, when I approached the supervisor they eventually assisted.

The staff generally did not have any courtesy and were unwilling to help. This is unacceptable and intolerable.
