Appalling management

I would like to inform you of the lack of management in Spar Hlabisa branch.I went to go send money to my relative via the cash send money process . I was greeted by a long queue which I joined. There was security guy next to the line talking to the customers about how he has the power to remove anyone he wants from the line and how he can at anytime tell the cashier not to help you with the your transfer.he told us to go wait outside as the queue was long inside. I had my 8 month baby with me so I asked if I could stay inside till the person infront of me came from outside and I would join the queue.He refused so I went to the manager,Jabulani Mathenjwa,explained to him im not asking to skip the queue but to remain in the store as it was cold outside and I feared my baby would get sick,he also refused and told me he wont accommodate me as every one was outside, I must also go outside. I then hung around the isles till I saw the guy infront of me then I joined the queue again. the security came back and told me to squeeze up the guy infront of me , I refused he grabbed the lady behind me and put her infront of me.i went to Jabulani who told to do as I was told and not act special.
