Appalling Customer Services and immense disrespect

@SPARInt I have had such a bad experience at KwikSpar in Flanders Mall in Mount Edgecombe a lady by the name of SHENA disrespected me in the most profound way,I went to deposit money so I stood in the queue only to be told I can only deposit money on till 6,so I waited for the lady in till 6 her name is Shena to finish with the customers she was helping ,she than went slightly off her till to continue a conversation with a the client she was helping talking about a policy she has elsewhere Shena was asking that lady he was previously helping her asking her what will happen if she doesn't pay ,I than told Shena to please help me as I was on my break ,she ignored me and carried on speaking to her pal ,I asked her again than she just snapped at me I asked to speak to her manager but he didn't help me either ,please advice me on your complaints process as this behaviour is appalling
