appalling customer service and poor hygiene

I went there with an intention of buying a cooked meal. I found their serving station was left open, uncovered, full of flies whilst more than 3 staff members were just standing there unconcerned. I complained to the manager who I experienced as defensive and more eager to defend himself and his policies than to acknowledge the health risks involved.
