Appalling Customer Service

Was at spar Broadacres in the morning today and felt like the cashier Babalwa was doing me a favor . I'm a regular at the store, Infact I buy my stock at that apart from Monday to Friday and I love their fresh scones but having been received by a cashier with such a rude call and being told in a very rude way that i can only help you if you have 10 items or Less which I understand but I don't know how she made that assumption without even counting my items . I asked her why she sound so rude in the morning to which she responded " DO I" . I told her yes you do sound angry as if im offending you by simply trying to promote my local spar. I'm into restaurant business and I would not allow any of my staff to give a customer any impression that they doing them a favor no matter what time of day it is . I'm even contemplating using other shops in the area . I've always had very good service especially at the bakery side but gosh the teller this morning acted as if i owe her something. Teach your tellers to be kind and loving at all times or people will simply go to the next shop
