APPALLED

So a few times I've been into Westwood Home at Westwood Mall. In the past I was satisfied with their services, but lately it has been appalling. I called the manager as they had broken baskets in the display area and they were selling them, so I went and complained to the manageress as well as their customer service is appalling. Not one of the employees greet you when you walk into the store, they don't offer to help you either. So I complained about this and left it for two weeks and went into the store again. Well, guess what nothing had changed!!!! Those broken baskets were still there, not one person greeted or asked if they could help. Actually they were so uninterested in me as a customer they stood around talking and laughing with each other and actually staring at me. So I once again complained. I then went in about two days later. The shop was neater, the baskets had gone, But!!!!! Still no customer service. Not one person said good morning, not one person asked if they could assist. Some were actually either on their phones or standing with their arms folded chewing gum with their mouths open. It is appalling to see this in a shop and here I was a customer but I didn't buy anything in the end as who wants to be a customer where there is no service!!!!
