Angry client

I'm having a problem the wedge spar in Rivonia I paid my DSTV to them was suppose to pay R95 so I had R200 the cashair punched R200 an said it was a mistake they manage to solve the issue by giving me my change of R105 however this morning my dish was switched off Spar Reversed all the money back into their acc. A lady by the name of Amanda now refuse to pay my dish or refund the money question is why reverse the whole amount n refused to pay the money or pay my dish. Please assist
