Angry and fed up by the incompetency

It breaks my heart that still today I don't have my I.D with me that was taken by an empoloyee of Spar in Vangate after I forgot it as I was sending money. Promises were made even from their head office in Durban that a follow up will be done but as you know it was just a false promises. I am supposed to be applying for schools but how can I when I have to go to home affairs and use money that I don't have to apply again for another I.D but the footage shows my I.D falling inside her cash drawer yet nothing has been done, managers and head office stopped calling with updates before 2017 ended. It pains me that I have been let down by one of the leading retailers that I don't see myself ever shopping nor using your services.
