Amalinda Superspar Manager Rude

I bought avocados at Superspar Amalinda in East London on the 3rd of November 2021. When I was about to eat it on the same day it was rotten.I looked for the slip so that I can return it, but i could not find the avocados instead there were two shamrock pies (which are more expensive than the avocados).I went to the store with the pies and nicely explained the situation.The manager took the slip and asked me to wait while he tries to sort the matter out ,which took almost 30min.When he came back the money was short,he went back to the cashier again and I waited. When he came back and gave me the money,I jokingly said I thought he was going to come back with the shamrock pies. He went livid and said "I said I'm sorry,if you want an avocado I can give you, but that's bad of you to say that".I rep**** and said .."haybo I was just saying,i mean some stores do it as a courtesy because I used my petrol coming here". I also understand the cashier made a mistake she's human.The manager could have laughed it off, or explain they do not do that at the store. Instead he chose to be so rude and angry...he lowered his mask on my face and told me his name is "Kesha" or something, I can report him to head office if I want and walked away. Very unacceptable behaviour from your manager Spar.
