Aggresive/Attacking Staff Member

I arrived at 5 Ways Mall Super Spar dated 02/02/2018 slightly after 4pm. It was the usual "busy" of a typical Friday afternoon with traffic in the parking lot moving slowly.

I was behind a vehicle, this vehicle turned right into a parking when a vehicle (Toyota Fortuner) wanted to exit from a parking. I slowed down, indicated and waited. In the process I slowed down in front of a Super Spar Employee, pushing trolleys across the road towards Spar. I was at a standstill, waiting for the vehicle to exit the parking.

The employee walked from the back of the trolleys, where he was pushing to the front and tried to shift the trolleys for him to push it behind me. He could not and out of the blue started banging with brute force on the back of my vehicle like a madman.

He hit real hard in what I assume was an attempt to tell me to get out of the way. I was obviously angry and when I got my window down shouting at the guy, now pushing the trolleys very fast, to come to me, ran away.

I parked, was approached by 1 individual who asked if my car was damaged as they heard him hitting it with something, they first thought he hit me with the trolleys. No damage to the vehicle fortunately.

I did raise the issue with management who during the whole time I shopped and stood at the till did not come back to tell me they addressed the issue (manager was sitting at his post when I left). He did tell me he would address the issue.

Shocking aggressive behavior by your staff, he wore a full Spar uniform.
