AFRICAN HAIR IN BREAD FROM RANDGATE SPAR

I had a very bad experience at Randgate Spar in Randfontein. I went there on 7/04/2021 and bought a brown bread that they bake. got home had a piece of bread later the evening i wanted to pack lunch and notice something at the back end of the bread. i looked closer and saw African hair in the bread. how disgusting is that. I asked my brother to please take the bread back the next day as i am at work when he got there they said they will not exchange it or refund him because the bread was already cut. so please people make sure before you buy bread from them as they will not refund or exchange the bread
