Advertising goods that are not available

Lodged a complaint number CC *** on the 15/8/2022 with their Head Office regarding their Queens Corner store never having certain specials when they are advertised but they suddenly appear as soon as the special is over at the higher price,which is false advertising phoned them again 19/8/2022 and promised escalated to management to date no reply,It seems that Spar management are not concerned about consumer complaints regarding false and misrepresentative advertising
