Advertised items but not available in store

I bought an item at Spar Tops Valhalla on the 11th Oct 2025. The item was available on the app but not available on their store and they decided to cancel my order with my knowledge. I tried to call them asking for a refund and the lady took me from post to pillar telling me that she does not know when am going to get refunded. They gave me numbers to call of a third party and the third party also didn't know what was happening. I'm very disappointed in their service and that they advertise products that are not available in the store.
