Advertise things yet out of stock And BAD ATTITUDE

Spar Crescent street had advertised items for their 1st anniversary special from 18/06/2015 to 21/06/2015. I called the store on 18/06/2015 to find out if they have stock (past experience is they never have stock of what they advertise). Spoke to the manager Mark who confirmed they were \SOLD OUT"(as expected) and they were expecting stock by no later than lunch time on 19/06/2015. I queried as to why is it that they always don't have stock of items they advertise virtually from the time they have opened. He responded that I make very raw statements over the phone. I told him that I will be in his store on 19/06/2015 and introduce myself as I am certain that he will not have the stock on 19/06/2015. As expected on 19/06/2015 at 14H00 I was at the store and guess what. There was NO stock. When I approached Mark he was very arrogant and a war of words had started. Another young gentleman in the Spar uniform came and interrupted the heated conversation with myself and Mark and when I asked for his introduction he advised me to \""LEAVE THE STORE BEFORE YOU REGRET COMING IN\"" and then introduced himself as the owners son.
