Advertise on Pamphlets and dont have them in stock

I went to the gateway spar 3 weeks ago and they had the garnier new hair dye and new look advertised and when i went inside they did not have them in stock and i then spoke to the superviser and he said he will check and comeback to me but he hid and never came back i then called the store the next day and they told me to come anytime and take the items i wanted and they will give me at the same price and again they did not have them in store please this is a mileading adverti*****t,
