Advert placed on a wrong product in Spar North Beach Durban

I am a loyal customer for many years.I purchase daily at the Spar in North Beach Durban. This week I spent a huge amount. I purchased chicken burgers on the 15/03/2024 which was supposedly to be on special but the incorrect product was placed under the adverti*****t. I went in this morning to ask the supervisor an Indian lady if I can exchange the product but she refused. I am totally at disgust with her reply and I believe that a loyal customer can always be assisted in an orderly manner.

I also purchased hot cross buns which was totally stale last week which I did not complain about.
