Acrylic nail found in Fish Cake

I purchased a fish cake from the deli at Spar The Square, Boksburg on 9th April 2015. After eating a portion of it, I noticed an acrylic nail lodged and cooked in the fish cake. I called the store manager (Frans) and was asked to bring the fish cake in, which I immediately did. After examining the fish cake, both Frans and a female employee at the manager's desk acknowledged and agreed that this was indeed an acrylic nail, which had obviously come off while the dough was being prepared. Frans called the Kitchen staff together while we were still present, and they seemed to rather blame each other. I thereafter logged this issue with Spar Head Office. However after numerous mail exchanges and photos of the fish cake with the acrylic nail within, now both Spar The Square and Spar Head Office are denying that this was the case. How disappointing. I would certainly have expected much better from such a large Retailer in addressing what could have resulted in a very serious problem.
