Accused for *****ing mayo

Feb 2025 @ Spar Renbro I was accused of *****ing mayo, I bought R600 groceries and made R900 cash back but I was accused of *****ing mayo that cost R12. I don't understand how mayo was not scanned because cashier inspected if anything was left in my trolley, and there was nothing left but at the door the security officer checked and find that mayo was not scanned, I don't understand why is it my problem because everything was taken out of the trolley and put on the counter, I was handcuffed and treated like a ********, I was unfairly treated
