Account debited without any goods from Spar

On Sunday 28 May 2023 me and my family went to Super Spar Zevenwatch to get a few things for the week ahead with the last money in my account which would be okay because I am getting paid on the 31 May 2023 which is tomorrow. When I got to the till my card declined and showed insufficient funds, I could not believe it because I know how much money was in my account. My husband went to get a bank statement from the Atm outside the store and came back showing an amount was taken pending. My cellphone went off showing my account was debited, but I was told that because the til slip showed insufficient I cannot get my goods although I showed them my bank sms. I was told someone will call me Monday morning and left my details. This was very embarrassing as I needed the goods for my kids and had only about R200 left in my account because Spar debited already. I had to leave the store with nothing. Monday I called the store because nobody called me and was told someone will call me they aware of the problem, still nobody I called again and then someone called me back. The lady said I need to come into the store so they can call my bank to get confirmation the money was debited from my account. I went to the store and my bank was called and they confirmed the money was paid to Spar, again I had to leave the store with nothing because the lady told me that my money needs to reflect in Spars account. I was so unhappy again humiliated because I again had to share my bank stuff with strangers explained I need my money, because I did nothing and this is utterly unfair. I have a sms as proof Spar got my money my bank confirmed and still nothing. I asked that the store manager call me because I am suffering great loss because of there problem. The store manager did not call. I called Spar head office complaints department and was told the manager will contact me.About 4 o'clock yesterday I had to call again to inform the manager never called and was told he will contact. The manager of Spar Zevenwatch call me after that and said they money will reverse within 48hours to my bank again and first need to reflect in there bank. That's it nothing else I was sitting in my car in front of Zevenwatch Mall and just weeped when he ended the call because I could not believe he just told me that I have little money because of this cannot get my kids stuff they need and the manager for something I did not do but from there side is wrong does not even offer me a bread to at least compensate or comfort for this great discomfort caused by them. This morning again nobody contacted me I had to again call the Spar head office customer care and said nobody has contacted what now because I had to leave my baby's nappies which I paid for Sunday at Spar I had to get her cheap ones from the tuckshop and she has a rash and I am only getting paid tomorrow and because of them I am experiencing all this unnessary issues plus feeling angry and very frustrated. I was told I can lodge a another complaint which I did and also send my bank statement as proof that no money was reversed this is not right and unfair because my personal converdential information I have to share everytime as proof but still nothing. I informed them again that I have not heard from anyone and was told the manager Wil contact me again after I called. The manager called late afternoon and again said I must come into the store tomorrow and a lady will call my bank again to confirm Spar to my money, so they expect I must just go as if I am not working and not taking into consideration the effort. The manager did not even apologize for any inconvenience nor did he give me a resolution so what Iam I to do? Because I feel humiliated, angry and hurt and that I was not treated like a customer at all and this from a supermarket that is so well known.A Supermarket I go to 4 times a week because I work close by. I am scared to think of what they Wil tell me tomorrow because it seems they just don't care about the wrong they have done to me and my kids
