On Monday the second of October 2023 I went to a pharmacy at spur Stoneridge to purchase antibiotics for urine infection. It was around 16:00, during my lunch time. 30 minutes later when I arrived at work I received a phone call from the pharmacy, telling me to return the pills. On my way back I googled the pills and found out they were for HIV. I arrived at the store and pharmacist was very rude. I explained that i have already taken the pills and she said she will deduct money for the two pills. The lady was very unprofessional, she was acting like I'm the one who's was wrong. My question is how do you sell medication for HIV without prescription ? The lady was negligent and she was not even sorrry about the whole thing, instead she was blaming me for taking the pills. I've been feeling very sick since that day and this whole thing really depressed me. I asked for a refund since I couldn't stand her rudeness towards me and I was feeling dizzy and emotional and left the shop. Kindly please attend to this matter urgently
