Abuse of customers

on the 26 of December around early hours of the morning, I send my brother to spar to buy something to eat as I was starving.i stay oposit spar in a flat 13th floor and that's were I always do my shoping. a few mintus after he left I hurt someone getting bitten with a sjambok I then run to the window to check whats going on, I then see the security bitting my brother like a dog it was so painful I had to run out of the flat to go check up on him,i found him bleeding with so many scars all over his body and on his neck evn close to his face,i asked the security why are u beating him like a dog he said yeah my brother is drunk and rude and that he used a sjambok and if he had to use his hands he was gonna **** him. I then ask him even thou he was rude you still had no right to beat him like that for me to even hear from 13th floor. i called the store manger and I asked him why are you allowing your security to beat up my brother so painful, he then said he was at the back in the office. I told him yes I understand you were at the back ,but now that you see how he is bleeding what are you gonna do about it. he said nothing. I then asked him then you call your self a manager? why are you allowing your staff to treat customers like this? I then repeat even thou he was rude he is still a customer and he was buying not *****ing for you to almost wana **** him.so i took the item my brother bough end I insisted I want a refund, then he told me the security teared the receipt and thrown away, and I insisted I want my money back the cashier was so rude also he just left me at the till and went to the back.i would like to know is this how Spar Fontana treat their customers? my brother was so hurt and in pains that we had to take him to the clinic and open a case. worse part the manager didn't even care. I would like Hello Piter to kindly assist us.Regards
