Absolutely **** service from Spur Observatory

My husband and I arrived at spur in Observatory at 8:30, we waited Until 9am which is there opening times, however the store did not open at 9am and the staff who kept leaving the store did not communicate any information. At 9:10am kitchen staff and cleaners were still cleaning up the store. Seriously dissatisfied as my husband and i had somewhere else be and they had wasted so much of our time.
