A let down...

We do a fair volume of our shopping at SPAR and always find the service very good at the Grove branch, Nelspruit. Yesterday evening (2023/08/07) saw an ad on national TV for Long Life milk, carton of 6 for R79.99. Not sure what channel. This morning, the wife drove into town (Sabie) just for this deal. When she got there she was told the special was no longer valid. Why advertise when the offer expired? We are pensioners, also affected by the rising costs of living. This experience, instead of helping us save resulted in wasted expenditure.
