A bad surprise at home

I have frequented Spar Protea Hoogte, Brackenfell and Tops since 2019. My wife went today to buy something sweet for lunch desert. She decided on caramel eclares. The shelf talker stated R22.99 and to her surprise it was R59.99 at the paypoint. Getting home she opened the package and found half the caramel on the lid. Very disappointing! Fruit *****s has the packaging of sweet treats down to a fine art. It is very upsetting to find any product smashed in a box when you get home. My advice - maybe visit Fruit *****s, see how they package their sweet treats and make sure your shelf talkers actually matches the peoduct on display.
