Worst part shop manager and area manager called but they didn't care because they supposed to come back to us in a week but now almost 3 weeks. Here is the story what I sent to them Hi, I have a very huge complaint about your pharmacist Dewayne at Spar pharmacy in Sunningdale branch. My wife went to the store to buy medicine on my discovery medical aid because I allow her and she had all the documents to prove that. However that pharmacist DeWayne refused to give my wife medicine and instead of he called her *****. I just wanted to let you know before I go to social media because this was act of ****** (because my wife is African). Why he didn't call me, why he didn't call discovery health.?Instead of that he said he is going to call clicks and dischem about this ***** (because my wife told him that she always buys or collect medication from these stores). I did call DeWayne and informed him that I'm going to take it further and he said that he doesn't care and he already sent email to discovery. I am already in touch with discovery about this matter and they advised me to report him to HPCSA which I did
