3 months and no feedback

I complained in December(CC***) and 3 MORE on HP relating to pathetic service.I was called by a manager of the ROM after my 3rd escalation who promised to come back to me.After explicitly stating in my complaint that i want management to deal with my complaint,the ROM of my area calls me back.According him,in his absence nobody attends to clients' issues.After explaining to him what happened(again), I was told by the ROM that he will find out if the management was \PREPARED "to apologies to me. I mean ***"
