1 month and still no reply

It has now been 1 month after the incident. This is my THIRD report. I have been promised TWICE that I will be contacted and still nothing. This is the worst service Ive had and very insulting. I will no longer be a Spar client. Poor poor poor customer services. Dont send me another promise from head office saying that I will be contacted. You guys are pathetic.
