Possible Dishonesty

Arrived at Spar - Wesbank Malmesbury at 19h50 to purchase a Golden Arrow bus ticket to travel to Cape Town for work.Spar employee informed me that she already switched off the machine and I could not purchase a card.

Yesterday I was again at SPAR - WESBANK MALMESBURY at 19h50 because that's the time I arrive from work in Malmesbury.The same lady informse that the machine is off because it's faulty and that they logged a call.

It's highly likely that because SPAR - WESBANK closes the shop at 20h00 that they switch off their Golden Arrow machines during trading hours at 19h50 which is a massive inconvenience for clients which arrive at 19h00 - 19h59.
