Dishonesty at this Spar Branch at Stellenbosch

A lady friend of mine (in her high 80's) paid for a special pizza offer on Wednesdays. I was just waiting with her. I also went to the till (12-11-2025 at 15:19) and order for myself a special as well, two different transactions with two different people and cards. On submitting my order, the guy at the pizza oven, called the manager at that stage, and told him that I already received my pizza. It was impossible for them to understand that it was two different people and two different transactions. They were not able to look up the reference of the previous order and I was embarrassed in front of other customers. I have decided to go to the SAPS to get an affidavit of the event.

Rest assured that I will not ever buy again at this branch.
