Spar and there excuses

For some reason the Spar in Selcourt Springs will let you play lotto anytime, and for some reason always have some silly excuse not to pay out. Off line. Not on a Sunday. Too early. Too late. Only from Tuesdays to Thursdays. You have to collect where you played. Always some lame excuse. There are no such rules on the lotto website as far as I can tell. What is your problem?
