SAVOY SPAR COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE

I went to Savoy Spar yesterday and bought some goods and did a cash back, the cashier did not give me my cash back and i only realized when i had got home . I stay far out of town so i was not able to go back. so I tried to contact them via cellphone but none of their numbers work on any website and when i searched for other reviews so that i could maybe find a contact. the only number they give you is a pre-recorded message that does not offer any further assistance. they have terrible customer communication services.
